No air conditioner, the dishwasher didn’t work, not very clean floors

This apartments are really old and in bad conditions. It’s dirty, the dishwasher doesn’t work, all textile and bed linen are dirty and old. It’s really noisy outside. There is no airconditioning in a flat.
