Las habitaciones no estaban mal. Pero creo que las fotos son antiguas. La realidad es otra. No está tan nuevo todo

Según fotos que vi al contratar la estancia eran buenas, pero luego la realidad era otra. El baño y la cocina muy antiguos sin reformar y en mal estado ( desconchado y aspecto muy viejo) por lo que el precio no acompaña. La ventana del salón no cerraba bien, estaba doblada y por la noche hacia frío. No había mantas. Teníamos un juego de toallas cada una, para las tres noches que pasamos, pero ninguna de repuesto para posibles altercados. La zona pensé que era buena, pero al ver el barrio me desencantó bastante por el tipo de gente que había.

Lovely big comfortable flat, big living room, very central location, has a fully equipped kitchen, has a hairdryer, the host provided great instructions on how to get from the airport to the flat, and the host provided a guide to local restaurants and things to do. Neighbours were also friendly. Thank you!!!

There was no bottle opener but we bought and left one there in case useful for future guests! The flat includes a hairdryer but the Booking.com description does not say this.

La ubicación es perfecta a cinco minutos de gran Vía y de los lugares de interés. La calle es muy tranquila. Las camas cómodas y la comunicación con la dueña perfecta, se preocupa y se comunica rápidamente.

Cuando entramos al piso nos desilusionamos, no nos importó q fuera antiguo al igual q algunos muebles, pero sobre todo pq las fotos deben ser de cuando se arregló. En la descripción ponía q había dos baños pero solo hay uno y necesita una reforma. Lo peor sin duda es la cocina, q no llegamos a usar, con quemados en la encimera y restos de humedad en el fregadero, dando aspecto de sucio, aunque no lo estaba. Y una galería reacondicionada para trastos q es muy cutre. Dos dormitorios sin ventana. Siento poner esto pq la chica fue muy amable y reconoció q necesita hacer reformas, pero fuimos con unas expectativas q las fotos no reflejan. Con unos pequeños retoques el piso estaría perfecto

Nice area . One nice bedroom . The best thing about the stay was the delightful young woman ‘Abril’ who welcomed us and gave us lots of important information about the property and more importantly about Bilbao and getting around the city . Very very helpful ❤️

It’s a bit too far out of the centre (old town) , but the biggest disappointment was the bedroom situation . One nice bedroom , but the 2nd bedroom was like a prison cell without any windows . It was very warm and no ‘air con’ and no fans .

Very central for restaurants and host very pleasant,all amenities needed are in the apartment.

Need more than one fan in the summer months, kitchen and bathroom need updating, however, they are functional.
