Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr detailliert und vor allen Dingen zutreffend. Für uns auch zukünftig eine der ersten Ansprechstellen in dieser Ruhrgebietsregion.

Es waren sehr supergeeignete Matratzen für Menschen mit empfindlichen Rücken.vorhanden. Wir waren mit der Ausstattung komplett zufrieden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung in Bezug auf gehbehinderte Menschen problematisch. Dies wird aber in der Beschreibung auch beschrieben und es wird daraufhingewiesen dass dies zu beachten ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben fast keine negative Kritik. Man sollte die Treppensituation beachten!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allen Komfort den man sich vorstellen kann. Der Vermieter denkt an viele Kleinigkeiten die einem einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Wir haben uns für die eine Nacht (Fahrradtour) sehr wohl gefühlt. Und es gab auch noch einen tollen Tipp für die Restaurant-Auswahl. Vielen Dank.

"Tolle Wohnung mit vielen Extras"

Es ist wirklich eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Der Kühlschrank ist gefüllt, wo man etwas kaufen kann.

Great place for those who like very modern homes with the latest technology. Renovated and completely up to date property. Roomy and quiet, very nice neighborhood. Kitchen well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Helpful and responsive host.

Extra charge for more than one pillow and duvet (though free extra blanket is available upon request). Steep steps up to apartment, with low staircase clearance: not good for tall people or for heavy suitcases, though kind host helped with our heavy luggage. No dedicated parking, but we found available places on the street.
