"The host made our stay very unpleasant, we will never visit or recommend ZITAB again"

accomodation is in new condition and well placed

No change of towels for eight days 4 rols of toilet paper for all stay for 7 persons Absolutely inappropriate approach from the accommodation owners, who have small children and any activity around the pool was a hindrance to them and they constantly alerted us to unnecessary things. They charged us a fee of €50 for cleaning the railing on the internal staircase. It was made of glass and we were not supposed to touch it. What was there for when we couldn't use it? We were not warned about this in advance. We are decent people with decent children, but because of the housewife, we won't sit and watch quietly during the vacation. We know what is right and we have never had any problems or disagreements with the accommodation providers. We will never come here again and I do not recommend staying at this facility to anyone. There is a serious personnel problem

The property was absolutely beautiful, in a great location overlooking the sea. Our hosts couldn’t have done enough, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.

The only negative is that there is no washing machine, but our hosts were happy to do a couple of washes for us.
