"friendly host, nice apartment with everything you need."

I've stayed a few nights in the apt on the 2nd floor and a few nights in the apt on the first floor. Both were nice, clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. 2nd floor apt has a bigger balcony. Lady Silvija took care of everything and was very friendly and helpful. She gave great tips about the area. The location was great too in a residential area, 2min walk from a supermarket and only a 15min walk to Borik beach.

when you google the location it gets confusing as it seems there are 2 places with very similar names. One is in the old town which is the wrong one so it took me some time before I found it.

"Amazing host, great location"

The host was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Always available to help in any way. She helped us with tape to fix our suitcase and also gifted us some homemade face and body cream made from lavender and marigold. The location was perfect as it was outside the busy center of Zadar. It was really quiet there. Good and reliable bus service nearby. The apartment was really well equipped . Even had an airfryer!

Nothing we didn't like. It was small, but since we were travelling a lot to see different places it didn't bother us. Maybe if you are just staying to go to the local beach, and relaxing in the apartment, then a bigger place would have been better.

We spent 2 nights in this place in July. Very good apartment with good location in quiet area. Very friendly host. Apartment is clean with its own kitchen and balcony. Sea is just 10 minutes walk from apartments. Location is very good- restaurants, grocery shop, beach is nearby. There are several very good restaurants around with quality food and good prices.
