The Parking,the location,the place it's self is nice with seating in the balcony & on the patio,the owner very nice gave us fresh fruit from his garden outside the property. Very clean flat & good shower

It is small for 3 people but ok for 2 person. There is no sofa were to sit & only 1 Air-conditioning for the whole flat.

Clean and comfortable house. Airconditioning was much welcome in hot summer days. We were able to park the car right in front of the house: very practical!

No coach, no towels for the kitchen. A tad too far from the city centre.

The room has everything you need. If you need to go to the center, take the car

Excellent apartment. Really good quality and modern décor and finish, well equipped kitchen, good size fridge freezer. The owner had also added a bottle of water and some local fruit to the fridge. Property owner is a great guy, brilliant English speaker, and really helpful and efficient, gave us some good tips on parking in the old town, and helpful flexibility on check out time - all very much appreciated and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Kettle didn't seem to be working, microwave turntable was really noisy - but worked just fine, couldn't get hot water in the shower (but think we might have needed to turn the heater on, just couldn't see how to). Access to the street the property is on isn't easy to see initially and is very narrow.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and had a smooth check-in. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Thanks to the air conditioning, it was also perfectly fine to sleep with 3 people in one bedroom. The apartment has a nice inner patio and seating area to spend the summer nights outside. Great location with a parking lot in case you are coming by car; only a short drive to Zadar airport and the city centre and old town is easy to reach in walking distance. The apartment was super clean, smelled great, and new. great parking lot and bathroom with a washing machine. the kitchen is well equipped, the Host was nice once we met him, and he had some fruits waiting for us in the apartment.

the mattress was way too soft we could barely sleep, and the wifi signal was almost non-existent. also, we could hear everything around us at night.
