could have had more kitchen equipment (toaster) also lighting was a little dim

Lovely property, 2 large bedrooms b Could not ski in/out as there was no snow, but good conditions on the slopes and lovely weather. The washing machine has a dryer function which is not stated on the specification. Lovely and warm with underfloor heating. Would defiantly visit and stay again at Chalet Heidi. Living space (kitchen / diner / lounge) was quite small and only had 1 small sofa 2 adults and 2 children could not fit on. Not english TV channels, which was annoying. Would have benefited from basic instructions on how to use the multi function oven.

met by the owner and kept in touch via text during the stay with queries etc. On hand to help which was great. Parking available at the property which was good. little bit away from the lift, probably walkable down the hill but we used the car with having 3 young kids with us. 2/3 mins in the car would have been 25 minute walk to the gondola.

3 hours from the airport (Bergamo) not ideal, especially when we left a bag at the airport and had to go back the day after to collect (6 hour round trip for me). Italy By Car rental to avoid, friends odered car from sicily by car and was dealt with in 10 mins. We took an hour and 40 mins to be seen. The queue was the same the day after when I went to collect the bag. Pay the extra and use different company.

some pictures on the web look better than reality - no fur blanket in front of the fireplace,...
