the conciseness to work location, the size of my room and bath

that I was located near the shared bath and heard people entering and exiting

Good location, easy to get in.

Very small, bed very small for two people and not comfortable, wasn't super clean when we arrived had trash on counter, very loud, old could use repairs.

Fairly clean Decent location

Fairly clean although the lack of vent system in the bathroom makes it musty. No towel rod or shelves in bathroom No clarity on parking. For people travelling from a different state the parking signs were extremely confusing. We learnt from other residents that we could park in the street but this information was not clarified earlier and we had to pay for parking in a lot a block away

Location was good. The lady I was speaking to when I was picking up the key code was nice and helpful.

The place is building converted into rooms for travellers. I booked this room for my sisters at the last min as they were visiting from NY. Unfortunately this room was in a bad state. Wallpaper peeling off. Mold. The bed was so uncomfortable and my sister got got bed mites. It was booked last minute for next day stay but wish I hadn't. From the outside it looks nice and The location was good but wouldn't recommend this place. If u can stay around the corner at the big Plaza Hotel. I raised the complaint after the 1st night and sent them the pics of the complaints and only refunded me £55.
