Price was good. The shared bathroom worked out for us perfectly. The bunk beds worked for my daughter and me.

I checked into the room around 6pm, dropped my bags off, and went out between roughly 7pm and midnight. When I returned, there was a man already asleep in my bed. He was a foreign guest who had apparently been assigned the same room. Because the property uses a door code system, he was able to enter freely, which also meant he had access to my belongings in the room while I was out. This raised serious concerns for me about security, as he could have gone through my bags and taken valuables such as electronics or my passport. I immediately tried to contact management, but they were not helpful or interested in resolving the situation at the time. With no support available, I was fortunately able to arrange a place to stay for the night with someone I had met earlier that evening. The next morning, I had to spend hours on the phone trying to obtain a refund, which was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. Overall, the experience was unacceptable from a safety and customer service perspective. I would strongly caution others about staying here due to the lack of proper room allocation controls and poor responsiveness from management.

We arrived , the room was filthy . There was stains on the bedsheets, we had a second room and when we entered there was someone else belongings in there and the bed had been slept in. We didn’t even stay there. We left immediately and booked a hotel somewhere else. I will be requesting a refund for both nights as

I loved that it had a really good connection, just 15 min walking from the subway and a bus stop nearby. Also, the matresses were good enough, which made it more comfortable.

One thing I could pick it's the noise, we were in the first floor so noise was expected, however if I stay here again in the future I would choose a second or third floor! Another thing I could say is the bathroom is oftentimes not cleaned. I would recommend this place and probably stay in the future!
