"Fire alarm"

Everything is clean and pleasant, room is good and modern. Easy check-in and check-out.

The fire alarm was beeping due to low battery. There's no staff on-site and they only respond to SMS till 5pm, whereas I arrived at 10, so I had to sleep through the night with a fire alarm beeping at me, not the best experience. Not going to come back again because of that sour experience.

"Cheap and cheerfull place to stay foe one nighht."

Central location, easy to find. Yards from subway station. Had to find one nights accomodation in a hurry after airline cancelled our flight.

Priivate rather than a shared bathroom.

"Enjoyed it"

The location was just perfect! It's close to everything by walking or taking the train. I truly enjoyed my stay here. We booked this place for the World Cup game and it was just perfect. I also, walked from the south station with my luggage to the hotel, I wanted to experience that and it was walkable. Bathrooms were clean, someone was cleaning them everyday. The room were okay as well.

The hotel was fine and the toilet were clean, however 0 assistance from the staff we tried to contact them to leave our luggages after the check out in any possibile way (WhatsApp, Booking chat) they replied only when we already left the structure so we had to pay an external service to leave the luggages for few hours

No staff support, no reply during our stay there
