バスが遅れて夜中の到着になりましたが、施設の人が電話ですぐ対応してくれて助かりました。バスルームも清潔感があるし、共用バストイレは思ったより全然悪くなかったです。

夜中にゴミ収集車？と思われる音がすごくて驚きましたが、以前ボストンに泊まった時に他のホテルでも思ったので、よくあることかもしれません。

Auch wenn niemand vor Ort ist, so ist doch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel über E-Mail / SMS einfach und schnell. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Eine Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag bis zum Abend war ohne Probleme möglich.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber für Einzelreisende ausreichend.

Very convenient location, close to red line, 3mins walk to redline. Very quiet, not noisy at all. Facility is clean. I was skeptical about shared bathroom but it worked out very well.

Era un cuarto piso sin ascensor, aunque la subida se hacía fácil. La ubicación justo delante del metro de 10, además era la linea roja que lleva directamente al centro de la ciudad, en 5 minutos estas. El barrio resultaba agradable y tranquilo, y el baño estaba limpio. Me lo esperaba peor. Elegimos este alojamiento porque todo lo demás estaba carísimo. Es una pena, porque si no hubiese sido por el frío, la estancia habría resultado muy buena.

Llegamos alrededor de las 22:30 y al entrar en la habitación, estaba literalmente congelada (estábamos en el 4 piso). No era solo un poco de frío, del techo salía un chorro de aire gélido imposible de apagar (el sistema es general para todas las habitaciones). Como estábamos cansadas, nos pusimos toda la ropa que teníamos encima, movimos la cama e intentamos dormir como pudimos. Al día siguiente hablamos con otras personas y descubrimos que les pasaba lo mismo. Tratamos de ponernos en contacto con el establecimiento, pero no respondieron ni a mensajes ni a correos (allí no hay nadie a quien poder comentárselo), así que pasamos dos días completos soportando el frío, durmiendo fatal. Al tercer día y después de que más huéspedes se quejaran, decidieron apagar el aire. Y menos mal, porque otro día más y acabamos con bronquitis o pillando cualquier cosa por los cambios tan fuertes de temperatura.

The neighborhood was interesting enough, and looked like it was being revived.

I got locked out and they were never able to get me in. I had to wait a very long time until some random person came out and I had to get in that way. I requested a refund but they could not be bothered. This facility is run remotely, there is no one on site to take care of problems. Avoid this property.

Close to T station

Expect the bare minimum, dirty unchanged pillow cases, and no wash cloths or extra anything within easy reach. The showers have an industrial type body cleaner in a gallon pump. The room's handle broke and although the lock still worked, they insisted I move to another room on another floor which was a far cry from the room I deliberately selected. Instead I was moved to the back of the building next to a unsecured looking back door with a glass window facing dumpsters that people used past 10 pm, noisier people accross hall and far from the shared showers. One star.

Privacy, really comfortable bed

Just one towel
