The location is out of town - need a car but we found it easily enough. The apartment is lovely and has a fabulous view over the port town, over to the chora and the surrounding mountains. The pool is wonderful and had sun lounges and umbrellas - such a lovely setting with grape vines and olive trees. Roomy patio to sit and watch the sun go down - perfect. Wifi was excellent. Exceptionally clean and housekeeping on a daily basis. Towels were fluffy and pool towels also supplied. The location gives a feeling of relaxation in a tranquil environment

The kitchen has no area for food prep so self catering is not really an easy option. Kitchenette inadequately equipped - no tongs, no spatula, no vegetable peeler. One small bowl for cereal, what if there are two people? One really large pot that we used to boil eggs - a smaller pot would be better. Knives were blunt. Shower is really small and the doors do not open far enough for bigger than average people so one must be a contortionist to enter and exit the shower cubicle. Showering became an irritating chore. Toilet is in a corner between vanity unit and shower so is a little tight. We were woken three nights out of five by noise from upstairs - hammering, thudding and some kind of intermittent electrical noise, loud talking and footsteps. This noise was in the early hours so we were not really impressed being disturbed by maintenance/work being undertaken during the night or predawn. This property has amazing potential to be a lot better.

The position and the view

The kitchen was not really comfortable to cook.

Fantastic views. Quiet location. Although a car is needed to get to the property, nothing on the island is more than 20 mins away! Cooking facilities available.

Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean, very spacious rooms and excellent host!! Beds are comfy, housekeeping every day. Sparkling clean and good bathroom facilities. The shower was a little small however we have found this to be standard in Greece.

This is not at all a bad reflection on the property, more for practical purposes for guests. This is a remote location!!! Even though it is only located 4kms from the port, you must have a mode of transport!! We got dropped off in a taxi only to realise there closest restaurant was 2kms away walking on the roads with no footpaths. There is also no drinking water in Milo’s, we walked 1.5kms to a petrol station to get water.

Amazing view and a peaceful location, if you have a car to get there. The host is very helpful and nice, offered to help me out by sending my lost items that blew away, if found! Certainly the cleanest place we've encountered so far in Greece.

It's actually a beautiful villa with elegant decoration in a stunning landscape with a perfect view. The swimming pool was just in front of our terrace, so it was very easy to watch my kid swimming. The owner was very friendly and helpful, too. I would definitery recommend it, as long as you have a car or a motorbike.

Although the villa is close to many beautiful beaches and villages, you definitely need a car to move around. Moreover, the internet and tv connection was sometimes poor.
