Location is good. The room is clean and tidy.

No shower gel, shampoo or a welcome bottle of water. Clean towels, but pretty worn.

Bali appartment is part of an authentic house in a quiet neighborhood allowing the visitor to have a bit of the local feeling. Not too close to the center, but in affordable distance to go, explore and then retreat to a calm area (ca. 20-25 min walking, 5-6 tram stops). Good option for car travellers, since it is possible to park on the street, although immediate proximity cannot be guaranteed. For football fans, Weserstadion is really close and there is also a very good beer place that works till relatively late hours (for German non-center standards).

It must be kept in mind that one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are on the very-ground-floor with some basement taste and not enough light and airing (lack of ventilation is an issue for the bathroom). Nothing to do about it - it is part of the property as it is and guests will simply have to split into "higher"and "lower" class. :) While those on the higher level will certainly feel very comfortable in the master bedroom, the kitchen and the living room, they will still need to go down and up the stairs in order to use bath and toilet. Not a major challenge itself, but it should be certainly noted if one has an issue with stairs.

The location was very useful.

Construction on the property was noisy, and the Sielwall can be at night. No air-conditioning or fan.
