Das Apartment war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Lage zur Innenstadt, ein Garagenstelplatz, Fahrstuhl aus der Garage bis in die Etagen waren hilfreich und angenehm. Wir haben das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich genutzt. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war präzise und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen!

Da sowohl meine Mutter als auch ich gesundheitlich etwas eingeschränkt sind, war der Ablauf "Schlüssel holen, zur Garage in der Parallelstraße fahren, öffnen, parken, ausladen und der reverse Ablauf bei Abreise für uns etwas herausfordernd, wir haben es dank der guten Anleitung durch den Schriftverkehr mit den Vermietern aber gut gemeistert. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es je nach Empfinden etwas laut, dafür wohnt man sehr zentral.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und auch eine Nacht spontan hinzu zu buchen war überhaupt kein Problem.

Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Apartment ist sehr nahe an der Innenstadt und gut an das Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Es gibt einen Aufzug in den 5. Stock, wo das Apartment liegt. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Kommunikation war sehr gut mit dem Vermieter.

Die Straßenbahn fährt alle 1-2 min am Haus vorbei und ist sehr störend, wenn man nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen will.
