Fin men MEGET lille og spartansk studiolejlighed.fint lille køkken nogenlunde veludstyret. Fin beliggenhed nær centrum og off transport🙂

Forfærdelige puder: to megastore og to mindre uden betræk, “pyntepuder” med knitrefyld!☹️Rigtig mange (vinkel)trapper / trin op til lejligheden. Mug og fugtpletter i baderum: Kun een lille holder til håndklæde v vask - Ingen knager til badehåndklæder, manglende mulighed for fralægning af tøj mm (knage eller skammel) Tagterrasse til lejligheden placeret på etagen under - og åbenbart fælles med lejlighed 7, men kun to stole! Umage kopper/glas i køkkenet.

Der Balkon mit Blick in die Bäume eignet sich für alle Familienzusammenkünfte.

Das Durchgangsbad ohne Verschließmöglich zwischen den Appartements ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und eher für Familien geeignet. Hab aber keinen besseren Vorschlag, es ich die praktischste Möglichkeit, die Ebene in dem schmalen Haus optimal zu nutzen.

Como viajante vindo de Portugal, gostei imenso da localização, especialmente por ficar perto da universidade. O apartamento tinha tudo o que era necessário para a estadia e beneficiava de bastante luz natural.

O maior inconveniente é não ter elevador, o que torna a subida até ao 5.º andar bastante cansativa. Além disso, a zona do duche deixa verter água, pelo que tínhamos de andar sempre a limpá-la após o banho.

Zentrumsnah, sehr gut zu erreichen mit der Straßenbahn. Supermarkt usw. in direkter Nähe.

Das Mobiliar könnte in einem besseren Zustand sein.

Clean toilet, clean apartment new white towels.

It was on the 5th floor and there was no lift in the building. Chairs needed new upholstery and the bed linen needs improvement.
