Bellavista - Direct lake view

The apartment location is just perfect! It overseas the lake directly. The size of the apartment was good for a family of 4 or 5 with a nice fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in front of the property. Rooms are very spacious and one of them with a view on the lake. The host was very nice.

It is not something that can be negative, but travellers should consider that the flat on the first floor and no elevator or someone to carry the bags for you. There is no AC in the place. There is a small room in the kitchen with an extra bed that can be used for the maid with a 1/2 toilet with no shower. It is very quiet at night, but in the early morning, people who stay in the room overlook the street may hear some noise as the windows should be open to have some fresh air.

One of the best locations, the best view from balcony, and the apartment was very nice. Within a distance of 900 meters, one can observe the magnificent and exquisite waterfall of Brienz Lake. A supermarket, a reputable restaurant, and local medical facilities are conveniently located within close proximity. The proprietor is exceedingly friendly.

A small amount of water was released following the bath shower, however, it is manageable.

Had to pay for parking for all 4 nights. Only had a car 1 night

Very Spacious. Excellent location and view. Town is less touristy than nearby towns. Easiest check in so far in my trip.

Lack of response from owner or staff. Never got internet id or password. Washing machine had clogged drain so we had to look for instructions and constantly drain it every 10 min. Owner did not respond or staff through SMS . Had to pay extra to use pool and parking.

The view is breathtaking. It is very close to the train station.

The bed wasn't perfect for me, but that may be just my preference.
