Very spacious and have everything I need. This apartment could easily fit a family or a small group of friends. Clean and the bedsheet smells nice!

We had the most amazing stay at this charming stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like part of the family. The house is maintained, with cozy, well-decorated rooms that provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly kind. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The location is perfect — quiet, serene, yet close to all the key attractions. I truly felt at home here, and I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for an affordable stay. I'll definitely be back!

The apartment was spacious for a couple with fully functional appliances. The location was great also, close to almost every essential establishment. The host was very kind and generous.

This is the wonderful family vacation I've been!!! My family(4 adult n 3 kids) really enjoy staying in this apartment. Owner(Aigul) was very helpful n very nice to us. Such a good owner that received my family with love. Location of this unit very very near to attractions area (arbat, Almaty Zoo, central mosque, green Bazaar, military museum n many more). You can go by bas or walk to that area. Even to Shymbulak also u can take a bus from here!! The unit with 2 bed n 1 sofabed can accommodate us very comfortable. With specious kitchen area we can cook and having meal that area. Even the unit located on 4th floor, the community that area very friendly. I get a kz113k for 6night was a very affordable for us n really My family was very touch with Aigul (owner) who treat us very nice and give us some present for my kids. 🥰 Will come here again in future most probably in summer. Tqvm aigul..

The place is so amazing. Very close to shops, malls and restaurants. The owner is very kind, accommodating and helpful. Our 4-day stay was so perfect.

Host was very flexible with our early arrival and allowed us to drop our bags at a neighboring apartment until check in time. She handed us the keys herself and even showed us around the apartment.

Wi-fi connection often was weaker in the evening, but ultimately, was no big deal.
