Location and convenience to surrounding excursion

Location is perfect, very close to Almaty's Arbat, grocery supermarket on the first floor is very connivence, many restaurants and coffee shops around. A special "thanks" for the host, Elena, she met us personally and gave us a key even though we arrived at 6 am. Also, she was very very kind answering any questions we have during the stay. She did navigate us when we had medical issue, gave us good advice and helped us. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a balcony. The host was very helpful. It's at the best location. Walking distance from the sight seeing places in Almaty. Panfilov street and Arbat street are very close. There is a big 24/7 super market right below the building which was of great help. Even though we didn't understand the language, and we took help of google translate, the host explained the things very well. Thank you so much. We highly recommend this apartment for staying in Almaty.

If you are reading this. Go book it. You will not regret it. specially if there will be 2 or more people will be staying The property is in the center. (ARBAT STREET is just a block away) Just use translator app to communicate with Ms. Elena. (She speaks russian) She is very friendly she even waited out for us outside. Cooking utensils are complete. Wine opener included🙏 Washing machine and detergent provided Blower , ironing board and iron Tv you can just airplay if you cant read/speak the local language. Drying rack w/ heater

Host was waiting for us in front of the building. Location was perfect. Just few hundred Meters from arbat street. A 24/7 grocery store Yubilieny in the building. You can cook your own food. Enough utensils stove tops microwave etc. Enough sleeping options for a family of four. Bathroom is provided with towels and shower gels.A balcony where you can smoke your cigarettes looking at snow capped mountains.An ashtray is placed there.Even a garment shop down the building beside the grocery store 'Red Park' what we found the cheapest in whole Almaty. Very comfortable stay

what a amazing host and amazing location, 60 meters from Metro Station , 600 meters from Paniflov Park, next to a supermarket and with all that the property itself is absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and always there to help us out. I cant recommend this enough, we want to visit Almaty one more time just to stay in this apartment once again.

We could have been better guests, we should have treated our host for a dinner or a coffee of left a wine for her while leaving, She was such a good host that we fell like we didn't do enough as guests. But there is certainly going to be a next time.
