I recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The host was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Any questions I had during my stay were promptly addressed by the host, which made me feel well taken care of. The apartment itself had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this apartment again for my future visits.

The neighbors and the neighborhood.

Our group was composed of 4 people, we stayed for 4 nights. We got there pretty late on the first day, and we had our first unpleasant surprise. The temperature inside the house was 12°C and the heating was not working. We tried to contact the host but we didn't get any replies until 10AM or so in the morning. We asked if the heating is supposed to stop at night and got the response that we should send a picture of the thermostat so that the host can check to see if it's in ECO mode. Second day, we woke up and the heating slowly started to work. We left the house to visit the city and again we returned late at night. This time the temperature was 14°C and the heating was again not working. At one point during the second night, we used a hair dryer and the power went out. We checked the fuzes inside the house and tried to restore electricity but it wasn't sufficient. A general fuze was off in a part of the house that we couldn't access. So another cold night, this time with no electricity. At this point, we contacted the host again and asked them the second time if the heating stops at night. Luckily, one of the neighbors was incredibly friendly and they had a key of the part of the house that we couldn't access, so they came very early that morning and fixed the fuze. They also showed us what was causing the heating to stop at night: the heating system was plugged into a programmable wall socket that was set to turn off at night. So the host was actually dishonest when they said it could be the thermostat that was in ECO mode. Luckily for us, the neighbors were more friendly than the host and removed the programmable wall socket such that the heating system would work all the time. After the heating system was "fixed" we realized that the radiator in one bedroom would only get partially warm while the others were working fine in other rooms.

Clean, family friendly accomodation with parking, everything you need, quiet location. We used the car to get to the city centre, which was only a short ride.

Location, bicycles, spacious

Great location, 20 minute walk to Bruges centre Quiet residential area with good local bakery close by Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds.

Bathrooms were small. No TV in lounge area & quite dark so hence didn't use this area at all. No mirrors in bedrooms, nor bedside tables in 1 of the bedrooms.

I liked everything. It has all facilities (bathroom, kitchen), the location is from a 15 min walk from the city center, but it’s one of the nicest neighbourhood I’ve seen. Everything was perfect!
