A beautiful flat located in the heart of Assisi, within walking distance and close to everything. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and, despite being in the centre, was a quiet location. There is a lovely gelateria nearby. Convenient for the airport bus. The views from every floor are stunning.

Posizione eccellente, ma dotazioni troppo carenti. Appartamento minimalista. Ho soggiornato tre giorni in questo mini appartamento situato in una posizione splendida e centralissima nel cuore di Assisi. In sintesi, l'appartamento ha un grande potenziale per la posizione in cui si trova, ma al momento risulta troppo spartano. Basterebbero pochi e semplici accorgimenti per garantire agli ospiti l'accoglienza minima che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva.

Purtroppo, l'alloggio manca di quegli accorgimenti essenziali che rendono un soggiorno confortevole: letto privo di rete (il materasso poggiava su un asse di legno) e al secondo cuscino mancava la federa. Cucina: Dotazione di suppellettili insufficiente e assenza di una macchina del caffè. Bagno: non erano presenti saponi o shampoo sigillati e mancava il ricambio della carta igienica. Servizi: Assenza della TV.

Gentile la persona addetta all’accoglienza. Posizione molto centrale. Bella veduta sulla facciata di Santa Chiara. Buono il caffè presente nell’appartamento

Spazi un po’ ristretti. In particolare il bagno.
