La posizione è davvero ottima, perfetta per visitare Assisi a piedi. La struttura è molto bella, curata e pulita, e questo ha reso il soggiorno piacevole.

L’unica nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio: abbiamo dovuto pagare 15€, ma né su Booking era chiaramente indicato, né ci è stato comunicato prima dell’arrivo. Sarebbe stato corretto segnalarlo con maggiore trasparenza.

"Comodo e pulito"

Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito. La posizione è buona a pochi passi dal centro storico. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Il parcheggio a 15 euro lo ritengo eccessivo pur essendo in zona turistica (anche in considerazione del tanto spazio a disposizione). Ho pagato molto meno in altrettante zone turistiche e in hotel 4 stelle S. Infine un paio di bottiglie d'acqua di benvenuto non guasterebbero.
