O apartamento está bem localizado, junto à estação de comboios. Conseguimos sempre estacionamento ao pé do edifício. O alojamento tem uma boa área e 2 casa de banho

Achamos que a unidade está a precisar de obras de melhoramento, os armários dos quartos estão em mau estado, as almofadas não estão em condições, a limpeza não foi a melhor, a cozinha precisa de novos utensílios (a chaleira elétrica, por exemplo, está queimada no seu interior)
