"Convenient and comfortable for family."

The place was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Well-equipped in kitchen and bathroom. Clean. Elevator is helpful as was on the 5th floor. Nice booklet explaining wi fi, house rules, and recommendations for things to do around town.

Description says 10 min walk, but I would say it is a little more on the outskirts and most points of interest (aside from train station, which is a few minutes away) were more of a 15-20 min walk.

"Too expensive for what you get"

1. Apartment is in front of train station - you can hear the trains very clear. Also cars are passing by loudly and you can here all of your neighbours. 2. Location is far from the city center, you have to walk 20-30 minutes. 3. Facilities are very old and heavily used. This apartment needs a lot of renovation.
