Localização melhor impossível. Decoração simples e moderna, equipado com tudo o que é necessário. Bom isolamento, ficamos com vista ria e não ouvimos qualquer barulho. Ótimo para famílias, pelo espaço e pela localização que permite ter tudo à disposição com distância a pé. Há estacionamento por toda a avenida, apesar de pago, é gratuito fins de semana e feriados.

Nada a apontar, apenas dar nota que quando chegamos por volta das 16h00, o apartamento ainda não estava pronto.
