Proche du centre, commerces à proximité

Le logement avait une mauvaise odeur, le bureau sentait fort la cigarette. Plusieurs meubles étaient cassés (tiroirs du meuble télé, plusieurs lattes du matelas), la housse de la table a repasser est déchirée et le fer a repasser est cassé et inutilisable. Certains tiroirs étaient sales. Les plafonds sont bas.
