Almost Country

A lovely and helpful host, a roomy, clean room, good breakfast.

A bit far from town.

Great size, everything provided, comfortable, quiet, very clean and super location within easy reach of Taupo facilities.

The strong shower pressure. Clean, tidy and well appointed place.

The beds were so comfortable and the place was fully stocked and lovely. The owners were so sweet and had left us some food for breakfast which was a lovely touch. They were also incredibly accommodating and included a third single bed which was super comfy for us. Very close to Lake Taupo and it was nice to see some cows across the road :)

Everything such as breakfast items, cooking stuff and amenities were well organised and thoughtful.

I don’t have any negative aspects.

It was spotlessly clean. A1 comfortable beds and even supplies left for a light breakfast.

Excellent selection for breakfast. The place was spacious and we are scratching our heads as to how they could improve the accommodation. For us as an older couple it was perfect! Jennifer, our host, was wonderful.

Good location with easy access and great to have car parking under cover.
