Aunque estaba la habitación limpia, el baño y el pasillo olían bastante a húmedo, por lo que las toallas, al estar en el baño, estaban también húmedas.

A localização, o check in automático que nos permite ter liberdade quanto à hora da chegada.

Os lençóis da cama não estavam lavados, tinham pelos e cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores e cheiravam a usados. Felizmente não estava frio, e dormi por cima da colcha. A manta que deixaram em cima da cama estava também manchada. O frigorífico faz imenso barulho, o que perturba o sono de quem fica no sofá cama. O código para a entrada no alojamento não foi disponibilizado, tive que ligar para o anfitrião para que me desse as instruções por telefone. Verifica-se ainda o cheiro a mofo e a canos mencionados noutros comentários.

Nada, no nos gustó nada, la habitación pequeña, con muebles muy antiguos, cama con colchón de muelles incomodisimo y vencido por los años, baño fuera de la habitación, olor a humedad malisimo, yo estuve estornudando todo el rato, hay cafetera de cápsulas, pero ni una cápsula, ni azúcar, solo 4 infusiones, si lo publicitan tendrían que estar pendientes de tenerlas, la limpieza, bueno, pasable, pero lo peor con diferencia las toallas, roñosas, huelen mal, muy finas y antiguas y ese olor a humedad penetrante que tira para atrás, horrible, no lo recomiendo. También dicen tener secador de pelo, y no tiene, así que o lo traéis o con la humedad que hay no se secará nunca, no hay gel de baño ni champú, procurar traerlo también, solo un gel limpia manos que apenas espuma.

The location is very good, you can do basically everything in the area, there are closer spots to eat, do laundry and have coffee. The room is not too big, but it has enough space, the bed was very nice. The price is very nice for this location. If you're on a budget and you're just going to spend a day or weekend in Aveiro and around, and be more outside than in the room, this may be a good alternative if you are not too picky.

The check in was scheduled for 3pm, and since we were arriving way earlier, I've tried to contact the property many times (via email, booking message and even calling) and had no response. We had to arrive at the place to see if at least there was the possibility to leave our backpacks, just to only then be able to talk to the person in charge who said it was not possible to do this (but to be fair, this seems like it is not so unusual in Aveiro. We rented a "Bounce locker" to keep our backpacks and it appears to be very common there). I was also very upset with the fact the bathroom is outside the room. There were other people in the room next to us and despite the information that the bathroom was only for our room, this was not very reliable, since we could hear people unlocking the doors. If we were aware of the bathroom division, we would act accordingly, but this was not what was advertised (and reiterated in person by the landlord). The handle of the toilet paper was loose, and every time you would take a piece of toilet paper, it would fall off. The room is not very soundproof, we could hear the farts of our neighbors (yeah, unfortunately this is not a metaphor). There is no fridge in the room or outside of it, just a microwave and a kettle, other than some dishes and cutlery.

Logement idéalement placé, proche de toutes les commodités et des points d'intérêts. Il est assez bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le lave linge est super pratique mais il n'y a (sauf erreur de notre part) aucun étendoir , compliqué du coup de faire sécher son linge, c'est très dommage. Il y a des place de parking pas trop loin, mais tout est payant jusqu'à 20h Tout est propre et en bon état

Le logement est indiqué avec vue , il n'y en a aucune. Pas d'étendoir à linge Il n' y a pas de climatisation, l'exposition du logement fait que nous n'avons pas trop souffert de la chaleur, mais un ventilateur ou deux auraient été les bienvenus. Contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce, il n'y a pas non plus de chauffage (pour ceux qui viendrait en hivers), ni de sèche cheveux La télévision est très petite et se trouve dans la chambre à coucher, pas dans la pièce de vie, c'est dommage L'équipement d'accessoire de cuisine est un peu restreint, il n'y a pas de passoire (pas terrible quand on veut égoutter des aliments), il y a assez peu de couvert (1 seule petite cuillère par exemple, quand on sait qu'on peut loger à 4, ce qui était notre cas , c'est un peu juste) ; il y a une cafetière à capsule mais pas de capsule de proposer aux locataires (donc pas de café pour nous pour le petit déjeuner) . Enfin la douche mériterait franchement d'être refaite mais pour une nuit çà passe.
