"It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, affordable place to stay in Baguio."

10.0

We stayed at Peak Point Apartment during a quick Baguio getaway, and it honestly surprised me in a good way. It’s a little tucked away from the busy parts of the city, but still close to Burnham Park and Session Road — so you get the quiet without being too far from the action. The vibe is very homey — kind of like staying in a mountain cabin. Our room was clean, simple, and cozy. The bed was comfy, and I loved the view of pine trees right along the hallway. Bathroom has hot shower (lifesaver in Baguio!). Staff were all super nice, accomodating and helpful. They even gave us tips on places to eat and less-crowded tourist spots. Wi-Fi was strong. you can do online work here while you are staying. There’s a minibar and billiard room upstairs which we enjoyed while waiting to the rain to stop before going to the city.

"All is good except that the room is warm for me but if they will provide a fan then it will be perfect."

10.0

The room is spacious and the location is quiet

As a person who got used to a cold weather I need a fan inside the room.

"Terrible Experience and big mistake."

Two bedroom

1.Lot of cockroaches 2. Not along the road ( 50 yards of tight alley before u reach the entrance).3. Steep stairs and long road to walk that is full of dog's poop in order to get a taxi. 4. Stained beddings and stained dinner plates. 5. The surronding is echoed with the sound of chickens, loose street dogs, and fighting alley cats especially at night.6. Place is down the hill and our unit was on a second floor without any elevator. 7. They are using someone's address inorder to get the idea where they were. 8. Very hard to find unless bystander saw u worried and wandering around with ur luggages rolling and sweat rolling down from ur face.8. No garbage collection. He just told me to put them outside the door only to find out scattered by some animals when u get back.

I love the view. It is located on top so it shows the view of the under. The room is on the 3rd floor and it is so clean. We used their kitchen and it is good for cooking. You just have to purchase butane from them. It costs fairly. The staff were very accommodatiing. They always ask if we need something especially the younger one.

It has a parking for a fee nearby so consider this because parking areas in cliffside houses will bd very difficult for new drivers. Another, the place is not recommended for PWD and Senior Citizens. There is no ramp available and no elevator. We had to walk and take the stairs to 3rd floor. My mom who is 69 yesrs old found it hard to up. The place is on the cliffside so cars will have to park somewhere far because only human size can enter the street.
