Che Suites Tulum

La piscina, puedes participar de las instalaciones y actividades del hostel de enfrente , último día nos guardaron las maletas (sin costo adicional) había muy poca gente y tuve la instalación prácticamente para mi sola.

Sucio, estuve en dos habitaciones y la primera mejor pero la segunda habitación estaba muy sucia, el ventilador del techo tenía polvo pegado que daba miedo y había telarañas por varias partes del cuarto. Solo te dan una toalla por persona, no hay toallas para lavarte las manos ni alfombra para el suelo del baño pero la ducha se sale toda y el agua se llega a salir hasta del cuarto de baño. Las ventanas y la puerta del aseo tampoco van bien.

Loved our stay here! Was such a nice break from hostels to have our own private room in a suite - without breaking the bank! The suite was really clean, had great air conditioning, free water, a well stocked kitchen, hot shower, lots of space, and a comfortable bed. The pool was amazing and loved that we could also join in the hostel activities across the road. There’s heaps of great street food options close by and only a 15 min walk to the bus station. Highly recommend!

The suites are really really nice! Not comparable to the hostel across. You can still participate in the party at the hostel but always come back to the calm of the suites.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

They advertise private suite but it should be stated as “shared apartment with en-suite”. For 200$ a night, not worth it. Floors were extremely dirty. Zero upkeep on the property. Fixtures and cabinets broken. Dirty linens. Didn’t have soap in the shower, wash rag, or a pan for the kitchen. Heavy fungus growing on my door to the pool. Staff were awesome and helped whenever they could.

Booked a private apartment but just got a room with in a shared apartment. Never got a worse experience in some hotel. No solution offering by staff. They act like I was wrong. Looks also nothing like on the fotos. Everything kind of old and never repaired. They put fotos to booking of shared areas but it looks for you like it belongs to the room you book. Very loud music the whole day and evening from the bar next to it. Also loud buzzing noise in the sleeping room from the same place. No curtains which make it dark
