Che Suites Tulum

No breakfast.

The website doesn’t indicate that it’s a shared complex anywhere on the site. We had a couple and coworker walk in on us without them giving us notice, let alone no where on the site indicates that it’s a shared living area.

Had a great stay at Che suites and would absolutely return! Very comfortable bed, close to the Main Street but not noisy at night. Excellent staff! No suggestions for improvement. Was great value for price. :)

The staff was very nice. The location was convenient. Staying in a hostel made nightlife and meeting people more accessible. The place was very clean.

There was a live camera in the kitchen/living room. Even though I booked a suite I still had housemates. The staff gives you a wristband with 1000 pesos credit for food/drinks. They word it as, when you go over the 1000 pesos you will have to add more credit to your wristband. They didn't properly explain that the 1000 pesos credit if used, you would be charged at check out. Housekeeping and others will enter your space often and without notice.

Beautiful property, very calm and peaceful. The Che hostel is across the street so you can go hang out at the bar there if you want to meet other travelers, then return to the little oasis of Che Suites. Vicky in reception was amazing! Welcoming, helpful, and very responsive - thank you!

The location is perfect! Very central and walk distance to main restaurants and bars. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Victoria was incredible, before I arrived she was already texting me to double check I arrival time and give me some information, and she was awesome during my stay. The staff at the hostel was also incredible. The room is nice and comfortable and spacious.

The staff were amazing! Victoria was super helpful and Leon was so much fun at the game nights. We had a blast

It’s a brand new suite that is offered for the price which is excellent. Toiletries are provided! Water provided. Extremely well organised and clean room. Impressed with the staff all are perfect and bang on in regards to offering any help. Would recommend everyone to book the stay without any hesitation.

Everything was just right

The room is clean and the location was also good, everything within walking distance. The sister hostel is great and the staff there was friendly.

On arrival it was difficult to enter the hotel, they had written to me nicely on Whatsapp from the hotel but did not inform me to check In the sister hostel. For me there was no lack of towels for the hands and closet where you can hang your shirts. Azul was extremely rude and incomprehensible during the check out.
