Lavanderia com máquina de lavar e varal de chão. Cobertores e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Garagem fechada por portão eletrônico. Mercado bem próximo a propriedade. Gostei de tudo. Local muito agradável, limpo, confortável, perto de tudo. Tem um mercado na esquina que tem tudo, inclusive padaria. A casa é toda mobiliada, não deixou a desejar em nenhum quesito.
