Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note it is necessary to call the property during opening times to arrange a check-in appointment as there is no reception. Please note the following extra fees: - Check-in between 20:00 and 22:00: EUR 50 - Check-in between 22:00 and 00:00: EUR 80 - After 00:00: EUR 100 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The guest who made the booking will have to show a valid ID upon check-in. The residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit is not paid and if the guest who made the booking cannot show a valid ID upon check-in. Payment by American Express will result in an additional fee. The reservation is for residential use only. Any organisation of events is subject to authorisation and is subject to additional costs.
