"total BAIT AND SWITCH"

the property is MISREPRESENTED IN ITS PHOTOS ! THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE CARLTON at all. in FACT ACCESS WAS DENIED. i’m a film producer who booked long ago under the understanding i had a carlton rivière résidence. there was NO AIR CONDITIONING wifi was out 2 days but got fixed - Herve was very nice but i now know there is a legal issue between port and hotel Carlton. i could have booked for the same cost at the same time at Carlton or Majestic …. no pool here and no private beach access- 10’s of thousands invested on film fest plans and i could not entertain or meet my collegies easily
