Apartments Niko

A lovely little studio apartment, ideal for the single traveller but adequate for two. Spotlessly clean with good shower & A/C. Great location, only 3 minutes from the centre of town, close to numerous bars & restaurants. Cavtat is the place to be & Apartments Niko is well recommended.

The studio has no balcony or terrace, however the apartments do.

Location was superb

Room/toilet maybe could be a bit more spacious.

Cavtat is a beautiful place with gorgeous nature (sea, beaches, forests, mountains), lovely people, a heartwarming atmosphere, and everyday evening activities. You can find a schedule of evening events near the church for the whole month. We're lucky to attend the summer Carnaval in July and the Music festival in August. The apartment has the best location - just above the supermarket and old town —5 min to the best beaches. The host welcomed us with a bottle of delicious wine! I'd consider this apartment while visiting Cavtat next time.

The location is perfect, just a little a minute or two from the Cavtat centre. The studio was well equipped, cosy and clean. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Our flight was a bit delayed but the host was absolutely flexible. The best part was that we didn't have to check out until the evening (our flight late at night)- this allowed us to really enjoy Cavtat for one more day. We had a great stay, this was the second time in Apartments Niko and we will definitely come back.

The only downside was a few ants in the apartment. It wasn't such a big deal but we had to be careful and either properly wrap all the food or hide it in the fridge.

The host Sanja and the local taxi driver Davor who picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport - sorted by Sanja - were both excellent. The apartment was very clean and modern with a great balcony overlooking Cavtat’s harbour and stunning views across the bay to Dubrovnik. The lication was brilliant - only 100m from the centre of the old town and harbour.

There was nothing of any significance that needed improving.

No lounge

Very spacious property, big terrace with hot tub, sun loungers and nice seating area to eat out. 2 spacious double rooms with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Super friendly host called Sanja, great service.

Tv made a buzzing noise couldnt watch it the buzzing was that bad

Wi-Fi could be better and no microwave, iron and board
