La posizione della struttura vicina alla spiaggia, dove il proprietario ha una convenzione con uno dei bagni, e anche al centro del paese per delle piacevoli uscite serali. Ci sono state messe anche a dispozione 2 bici che si sono rivelate molto comode per un bel giro nei dintorni. Inoltre il proprietario molto gentile ci ha accolto per consegnarci le chiavi e darci le spiegazioni per come utilizzare al meglio l'appartamento.

"Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia"

Siamo stati al Nicolò House per alcuni giorni in famiglia con due bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’appartamento: piccolo ma davvero funzionale, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Tutto era organizzato molto bene. La posizione è ottima, molto vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro, e il parcheggio auto è comodissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche le biciclette a disposizione con i seggiolini per i bambini, che permettono di muoversi facilmente a Cervia senza dover usare la macchina. Nicola è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und umsichtig , immer präsent . Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt am Meer total günstig gelegen, der Supermarkt ca.50m entfernt , der Strand und auch die Altstadt sind nach 10 min.Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert,die Ausstattung ist perfekt besonders die Waschmaschine sehr nützlich
