Apartmanica Double room apartment 101-12, with AC, big terrace, St Ivan Rilski 4 star SPA Resort, Bansko

The SPA area was very nice and definitely a big advantage of the stay. The apartment itself has potential and looks good at first glance.

Lack of proper heating. The air conditioning could not heat the apartment sufficiently and the radiator in the bathroom was not working, so it was sometimes quite cold inside. The issue was reported but there was absolutely no response from the host or management. One of the windows was sealed with paper pushed into the gap to stop cold air, instead of being properly repaired. The oven was not working properly – when turned on it produced a very unpleasant smell and the oven fan did not work, making it practically unusable. The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. The bedding was dirty – the pillowcases looked clean, but the actual bedding was clearly not fresh.

Everything was perfect. It is super close to the hotel and the spa. The kitchen has everything you need. We will be back but next time only the 3 of us, as for 4 adults and a child is a bit crowdy.

The only issue is that the kids club is paid, the Gym also. The parking was also more expensive than expected.

Квартира уютная, в ней есть всё необходимое. Полно детских игр, все удобно, тихо, качели во дворе. Есть бесплатный доступ к спа, детской игровой комнате.

При заезде ключи были на ресепшене отеля St.Ivan. И нам было сказано, что нам выдадут ключи от номера только если мы оплатим парковку 15 евро в день. Мы оставались на 7 дней, сумма вышла 105€. Мы не согласились, поскольку машину ставили б не только рядом с отелем, но и на других парковках. Прям около ресепшена я позвонила в букинг, они воевали с отелем и с хозяйкой апартаментов, как могли. Вместе со мной. В итоге нам выдали ключи без оплаты парковки. Непонятный момент. Причем за день до въезда в апартаменты пришло сообщение, что оплачивать парковку отеля не обязательно, если будем ставить машину на общественной территории. Еще один минус, что квартира отапливается от кондиционера и обогревателя. Это сильно сушит воздух. Полотенцесушитель не работал.

The apartment is nice and the hot water in the shower was excellent

Hard to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp. Had couple of maintenance issues. They were fixed. No tissues.
