Private Apartament in Belvedere Holiday Club Bansko

Near to town and supermarket

Reception Staff were very unhelpful as we were in a privately owned apartment. I got locked in the bathroom within 5mins of arriving at 1am ...they didn't want to help until the morning. Luckily my friend persuaded them to provide immediate help. Bathroom handle was not replaced until days into our week. The owner thought it was acceptable to place a mattress in our living space while we were still there, knocking the curtain off the high rail You can hear guests using the keypad to gain access. It was ok for us but in a busy period it may become tedious Wild dogs barked throughout the night We bought mugs so we didn't have to use the miniature ones provided

The apartment is nice and comfy. There is everything you need, and it is close to the gondola. Rentals and restauslrants nearby.

The only bothering was in my stay that the door is very noisy, when people opening and closing. Would be a better option to direct them to the main entrance.

Good location, clean apartment, good communication with the host via phone/whatsapp

The beds were not prepared, not such a big problem thought. check in was not good though as the host sent someone to welcome us, but the guy came after 30 minutes, we could have entered the room ourselves as you only need a code. it says access to pool but is costs 15 leva and it closes at 9. There is a coffee machine but no capsules.

The apartment was spacious and very nice. Locations is good.

The place was not very clean. The bed sheets looked used and dirty. I also recommended end better instructions for check in process.
