EFO Apartment

Lovely cosy apartment a real home from home. Our host had thought of everything and left some toiletries. The bedding smelled lovely and the towels were lovely and fluffy. There are heaters in each room which were set to make the rooms warm when we arrived. Good kitchen area with some handy extras left in the cupboards. Very clean and smart. Everything working and in good condition. We found the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Right by the gondola. Central to everything.

Plenty of space. Really good location for both shops and slope. Facilities were good too

The only thing that could be improved is knowing what to do and where to go when checking in

Very nice and cozy apartment , a front of gondola and in the center of the Bansko.

Lovely, spacious, warm, clean apartment with comfortable beds and plenty of essentials like toilet roll and cleaning supplies. Good kitchen items allowing us to cook meals. Lots of storage too. Great location, close to gondola, restaurants and shops. Communication was great!

The hot water ran out quickly and took a long time to heat up again.

Excellent location, only need to walk across the road to get to the ski lifts. Ski shops and supermarket within a minute walk. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and warm.

Wifi was slow, other than that, excellent
