There were people at reception throughout the day. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. The kitchen is in good shape and there’s plenty of space.

The sheets don’t fit the mattress and came off in the night. The fake plastic bathtub leaked. It’s a ten-minute walk to the pedestrian center, which isn’t too far, but there are loads of places there as well. It was during a heatwave, so we were thankful to be on the first floor, but other guests hung out right outside the windows, so we had to decide between privacy and air flow. Quiet hours start at 10pm but there were people eating and drinking outside till almost 11.

Просторен, чист и уютен апартамент на отлична локация. Притежава всичко необходимо, за да се почувствате като у дома си. За всичко е помислено, от основното до най-дребния детайл, без забележки. Чистотата е на високо равнище (за мен - най-важен критерий). Бих казала, че дори надхвърли очакванията ми. Изключително топло посрещане от домакините, както и съдействие за всичко. Направиха ни ваканцията, абсолютно безгрижна, а какво повече от това?! Определено препоръчвам мястото...Нямам какво повече да добавя, освен огромно БЛАГОДАРЯ, мили хора! Бъдете здрави! <3

We had a good time in Bansko and the apartment was very nice.

It is quite far from the gondola if you are carrying skis. Therefore, I recommend that you drive to the gondola lift parking lot.

Very clean apartment, in a very convenient location. The host was very polite and extremely helpful
