The place was warm and had everything for us to cook there.

The owner is a rude hot headed woman. They play good cop bad cop with her being rude to us and her husband trying to fix everything. We checked in 2 hour late because we had to wait for them to clean the apartment( they are poorly organized and unprofessional) and after that the owner refused to let us check out late and she did not even apologized for the delay she just told me I have plans too when I mention how inconvenient this is. And on the second night the electricity cut off and we did not have hot water anymore since the water heater broke and they did not offer anything whatsoever but a refund for the night and we left the place and had to get an overpriced last minute place to stay. Overall very bad experience because of how unprofessional the owner was

The host was very helpful and polite. We had an issue with the hot water supply in one of the apartments we've rented and had to use the bathroom of the other one. We were refunded accordingly.

The apartment was small and in general clean, but we had to rewash the dishes. The water flow of the sink in the kitchen was weird. Maybe a dishwasher would be a good idea. The building could be maintained better, which is not in the resposibilities of the host.
