Rate is a bit high and so as the steps of the stairs. Stairs are poorly designed that I always trip and almost fell.
SGHost is friendly, room is clean. Towels, bed cover and blanket have been washed with scent booster, to smell very good.
The place is little bit far from Ozamiz city center, but reachable by using tricycle.
AUDifficult to find the property without any visible sign outside.

PHThe unit was one of only a few available in the area. It was reasonably price, clean and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. If you want to get off the grid for a few days to work on projects, or relax. This is the place for you. The Wi-Fi was fine and the place was safe and secure.. The caretaker, Tata was helpful during my stay and is within minutes to respond to any questions that you may have.
Only downside that I’ve occurred, is that the church bell across the road kicks in around 5 am for about a minute. With the church bells, all of the local animals would join in to participate with the festivities.

The C.R./toilet/bathroom is large enough to accomodate a midget or smaller person. This is a disqualifier for this slightly larger than average westerner 😔 Additionally the stairs to the second floor rooms for this octogenarian are for experienced rock climbers only.
