Spacious clean apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and accommodating hostess. Functional kitchen. Nice bathroom with warm shower. Comfy beds. Off street parking at the property. Easy access to hilly area to the south that is good for walking/running.

No shops/restaurants/gyms nearby. The place is a little run down and could use a makeover.
