"Apartment in disrepair"

The location and the easy check in

The apartment was in disrepair. The oven and the dish rack were filthy. The refrigerator door shelf was broken. The 4 burner stovetop was replaced by a 1 burner hot plate that made a lot of noise. The microwave also made a loud unusual noise. There was no dish cloth. The shower pan was dirty, the upstairs bathroom tile next to the sink had growing mold. The apartment is on the third floor, and there’s no elevator. The listing said it had mosquito nets, but only 1 of the 6 windows did. There was no soap for any of the 3 bathroom sinks. The downstairs bathroom sink faucet was loose.
