Excelentes, buen trato del personal, instalaciones muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.

Lugar muy cerca del Centro Histórico. Con mucha facilidad para ingresar al lugar.

The location was great. The staff was nice and helpful but they could definitely do a better job managing the facility. The rooms are a nice size and it's convenient to have a kitchen and laundry facilities to use on the property.

The rooms weren't very clean. They have a generator on site but it is very loud and makes the premises smell like gas as it is placed on the balcony of one of the rooms.

clean and the second room we were in was very comfortable.

The room we were assigned was a 2 level with the first level on the 3rd floor and the bedroom on the second. The only bathroom was on the first floor with an open stair case. We are in our 70's and this setup was very dangerous fo people who get up during the night. Also the apt is not in Centro Ceunca it is on the outskirts. We were given an apt. on the first floor with 2 bedroom at an increase cost of 70 dollars. It was quiet till the last night we stayed there but, other guest came in after 10 set off an alarm and were very loud while they were trying to shut off the alarm. That was it for my sleep so we left a day early.
