La ubicación, y el que tenga plaza de parquim para los huéspedes. Tiene muy buena iluminación, tanto en la cocina y el salón, como en la habitación. Numerosos interruptores que permiten iluminar el ambiente que necesitas en cada momento. Está en una calle tranquila, a 50m del mar. Desde él se puede ir andando a cualquier punto del casco histórico. Las instrucciones que aporta el dueño para llegar, tanto al apartamento como al parquim, son excelentes
