Die Lage und die Ruhe im Schlafzimmer

Es fehlt eine schöne Lichtquelle, z.,B. Stehlampe. Das Deckenlicht ist zu hell. Im Bad muss eine Lüftung sein, es riecht sehr unangenehm, die Fugen in der Dusche müssen erneuert werden, sonst droht bald ein Wasserschaden.
