I liked the location and the size of the property. It was spacious and had everything you would need for a few days

I had read previous reviews that had raved about the cleanliness. This was not our experience, a previous guest from a year before us had mentioned a dripping tap almost running, it was still running when we arrived. The biggest disappointment was the shower, there was mould inside and outside had not been cleaned properly. It looked bad, when somebody says something is spotless that's what I expect. The shower was the worst, other bits were just dust.

Amazing location, lovely place with excellent facilties and fantastic shower. It was cosy, well decorated, and kitted out with everything we needed.

Depending on the upstairs neighbours, it can be noisy. But it was fine after 10/11pm. The sofa bed is a typical sofa bed, and is firm which is down to personal preference.

It was spotless. The living room is so much larger than you think. The fact they accept pets perfect for me. Loved this property

The heating was on for our arrival & made the cottage very cosy & welcoming. We found it very well equipped. Great communication from Chris (host) to let us know everything was ready for our arrival. Location was really good for local amenities & walks to the beach. We visited Lossiemouth, Elgin & Portsoy which were close by.

Great location, Chris was so prompt with messaging and even let us check in early on boxing day! Property was clean, tidy, well laid out and our little family loved it. We will be booking again next time we come up to visit family!
