Superb location, well appointed

Bathroom is a little small

The location for this apartment is perfect, parking is available nearby and is not too expensive if you book it in advance. The terrace is great, we just wish the weather had been better so that we could use it more.

As said in other reviews, the kitchen could be better equipped (eg salt, oil, disinfectant spray for the surfaces, kitchen roll, etc).

The outside and inside courtyard. The view onto the Plaza San Juan de Dios . Spanish Guitar being played outside the apartment each day. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

An umbrella would have been nice to shelter from the sun when sitting on the balcony.

wonderful apartment (though it needs some upgrading) in a perfect location. great terrasse & for Winter an even better “Winter room” which is part of the initial terrasse but can be closed off completely. we really enjoyed it. the internet did not work bit fixed within a couple of hours. very responsive staff

cleaning needs to be much better - the bathroom floor was really dirty, dirty dishes in the cupboards etc.

Location, Location, Location. Views to the World that is Cadiz Beautiful big white Seagulls flying past the terrace once in a while was a joy,l

Shower room is tiny but fine for us as we are 70kg & very mobile, so not problem. Square can be noisy with ruffins after hours but close the french doors and it’s’s quiet.
