The staff! The desk and chair were missing. They solved out the problem really quickly and delivered us these two items in no time. Thanks a lot!!! Very well located.

Noisy during the weekend. Quite cold (we were there in March) but air-con on the heating mode helped.

Location.

The shower flowed the bathroom floor. It drains poorly, and the shower partition is small and ineffective. Not enough toilet paper, even when we asked for more, and the maid said will be back in 5 minutes, never saw her again. No place to set your lugage., just the floor.
