Convenient location. Large apartment.

There was mold on the walls throughout the entire apartment, and the wallpaper was peeling off. In the kitchen, there was a burnt kettle. The clothes drying rack was rusty, and there was a lack of basic kitchen equipment. Altogether, these issues significantly affected the overall rating.

Spacious apartment located close to a Mercadona supermarket.

In December I was given a very cold apartment with very low temperatures. Using a/c as heating with additional heaters was useless. It took 3 days to warm it up to a decent temperature. The first 2 nights we had to sleep in jackets and caps.
